Wednesdays insanity – Lindsay Lohan Named a Suspect in Assault Case at Rehab

Palm Desert police conducted a battery investigation at the scene at about 1 a.m. on Dec. 12. “The victim desired prosecution,” says Sgt. It isn’t known whether she had been drinking; the Betty Ford Center regularly tests patients for alcohol and drugs.

No arrests were made, but an investigation is ongoing. TMZ is reporting that Lindsay says a staffer put her hands on Lindsay after the star arrived about 10 minutes late for curfew. As we previously reported, the BFC staffer wants Lindsay prosecuted for criminal battery. Lohan was reported as a suspect in the investigation. A judge overseeing her probation for a 3-year-old drunk driving case has required Lohan to remain at the rehab center until Jan. 3.
