Don’t move – Lindsay Lohan’s Accuser Fired From Betty Ford Center

The rehab-clinic employee involved in Lindsay Lohan’s assault case has spoken out about the alleged incident … and apparently has lost her job as a result. Holland told TMZ that her wrist was hurt in the confrontation with the actress, who refused to take a Breathalyzer after it was believed she had alcohol on her breath. Lindsay is squarely disputing the story chemical dependency technician Dawn Holland told TMZ … that Lindsay attacked her and caused her to sprain her arm so severely she’s on workers’ comp.  Lindsay says, for starters, she wasn’t even with her two roommates hours before the incident.  Lindsay says she was out getting her hair done. When patients come to the Center for treatment, they come to a safe place where their identity is protected, where anonymity is safeguarded.  Their simple priority when in treatment is to learn how to live a life free of alcohol and other drugs. “She tried to snatch the phone out of my arm. “I did not touch the woman! Confidentiality and trust are key to the treatment and recovery process. Holland has claimed to celebrity gossip website TMZ.com that she was left with a sprained arm after the tussle with Lindsay and wants her to be prosecuted. As for refusing to take a breathalyzer, Lindsay says she actually asked Holland to give her a test but Holland refused. I am not willing to risk my job over any patient.” Meanwhile, Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, released the following statement to People.com regarding the incident, “We are declining to comment on the underlying facts surrounding this incident, as we await the completion of the police investigation.
