Apple iTunes 9.2 Brings iOS 4, iPhone 4 Support
Apple has released new iTunes 9.2 update for Windows and Mac OS X. This new iTunes 9.2 update brings a number of fixes and enhancements. Most importantly, it brings support for upcoming iOS 4 update next week and sync support for iPhone 4. New iTunes 9.2 can be downloaded from the official Apple site directly for Mac OS X (101.99MB) and Windows (92.29MB for 32-bit and 92.99MB for 64-bit).
Every update from Apple is obviously meant to bring better ‘reliability and enhancements’ to the system. Fresh iTunes update brings following fixes:
- Sync with iPhone 4 to enjoy your favorite music, movies, TV shows, books and more on-the-go
- Sync and read books with iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 4 and iBooks 1.1
- Organize and sync PDF documents as books. Read PDFs with iBooks 1.1 on iPad and any iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 4
- Organize your apps on your iOS 4 home screens into folders using iTunes
- Faster back-ups while syncing an iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 4
- Album artwork improvements make artwork appear more quickly when exploring your library

cool, itunes 9.2 out so windows only users can upgrade to the iOS 4.0 GM release for a sneak peek ahead of Mondays final release.
Gonna stick to iOS 3.1.3 until Apple does the official iOS4 update. Don’t want pre-release stuff. New iTunes is much faster though, nice.
Apple has released iTunes 9.2, which plays nicely with iOS 4 and the iPhone 4 as well.
iTunes 9.2 now out, can sync with the iOS 4.0 GM seed. Now updating. Still need a Mac, I’ll install OS X on a separate partition tonight.

Now that podcasts are downloadable on iOS with a MY iTunes store account, iOS really needs a better podcatcher.
