In the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, Flores claims Spears “made repeated unwanted sexual advances” and summoned him to her room at her house “for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked body or near-naked body.” Spears also “engaged in numerous sexual acts” in front of him, during which he would immediately leave, the lawsuit alleges. Spears also engaged in sex acts in the presence of her two young children, Flores claims. Fernando Flores, who once worked as a bodyguard for Britney Spears, is filing a lawsuit against the pop star. RadarOnline.com has seen a copy of the suit. He alleges that the “Circus” singer made repeated, unwanted sexual advances, summoned him to her room to expose her naked body, and “engaged in numerous sex acts” in front of him. At a hotel in California, “Plaintiff perceived, during security checks of the perimeter, Defendant loudly having sexual relations while her two children were in the suite with her,” Flores is set to charge in the suit. While on an outing to see “Alice in Wonderland,’ Spears became so angry with Flores when he said theater managers told him it would take 15 minutes to get her a Slurpee drink that she threatened to fire him, his suit states. Flores also accuses his security firm employers of ignoring or mocking his complaints over the alleged actions by Spears. When he told her there was a 15-minute wait, she allegedly snapped, “I want my expletive drink! “You know you liked it,” one of his bosses allegedly told him.
